Each piece of glass art is carefully hand wrapped and insured for safe arrival to your location. We also ship multiple items whenever possible.
As most of our pieces are created at the time of order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Should you want to return your piece of art for any reason, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt to alert us of your intentions. We will happily accept returns as long as we receive the piece of art in its original condition. We will not pay the shipping or insurance for any items returned.
Should an item be lost by USPS, we will replace the item, if possible, or we will refund your money once the insurance claim process is completed.
If any items are received broken, alert us and USPS immediately as all items are insured. Once it has been determined that the fault lies with USPS and we have received the insurance payment, we will replace the item, if possible, or we will issue a refund.
Important: Do not discard damaged packaging or a damaged piece of art. You will need to present them to USPS for the insurance claim.
